Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)..

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to Anime-Stuff.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Standard Ground U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders will be sent via USPS or the most economical service available.

Expect your package within 2-3 weeks depending upon your geographic location.


International Orders
Orders typically arrive within 3 - 4 weeks.


*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. 

 

Canceled Orders
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

Claims
